Maintaining sobriety after completing an addictions treatment or an intensive outpatient program (IOP) can be challenging. The aftercare/relapse prevention group helps individuals maintain their sobriety while discussing the various challenges in doing so.

Enrollment qualifications

Participants in this group have typically completed an addiction treatment or an intensive outpatient program (IOP).  Participants may be accepted into the group without previous treatment if they are sober/clean.

Participation Requirements

• Participants are expected to be sober/clean to start this group.
• Participants are expected to have a sponsor and attend at least two (2) 12-Step Meetings per week.
