This group is for adults who are experiencing complications related to mood spectrum disorders including Depression, Anxiety and Bipolar. The group will focus on the psychological and interpersonal components of mood problems and provide support, and insight to alleviate distress.

About Individuals with moderate-to-severe substance use (addiction) disorder can get help in a group therapy setting through our intensive outpatient treatment program (IOP).
