4 easy steps to schedule your appointment
1. Call to schedule a video chat or telephone visit.
If you’re a new patient, no worries. Registration can be completed over the phone by calling 219-769-4005. New client intake assessments are completed in person. Individuals without a computer or a phone can use designated telehealth rooms at select locations. Ask our intake specialists about this service during registration.
2. Check your device before your appointment.
Check your computer, phone or tablet to make sure it has a camera and microphone. Also, make sure the video chat application is installed and working correctly on your device. Lastly, video uses a lot of data, so be sure to connect to WiFi if you have a data limit on your cellular plan.
If you prefer, telephone-only options are available for some appointments.
3. Get ready for your appointment.
